‘Shadow Copy’ in windows is a useful technology to recover accidently deleted or saved or corrupted files and folders. Without any third party software a user can recover data easily by just clicks.
Windows Vista and later operating systems come with shadow copy installed and good thing about them is, shadow copy can be used to recover files from local hard disk and network shares.
