Here is a pre installed VMware image of OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 which can work on AMD processor computers. This image was built by Soul Dev team and they claim it is still under test process. But by seeing few comments from the original post, I can say this pre installed image may work with your AMD processor too.
I do not have AMD processer to demonstrate these steps and confirm. As most of the pre installed images and methods from Soul Dev team already worked on Intel based computers, this image also can work with AMD processor as they claimed it specifically.
Check out our all Hackintosh guides about how to run Mac OS X on desktop virtualization software here.
The following AMD processors can run this 10.8.2 VMware image (as per original source),
– A4-5300 Trinity
– A6-3400M Llano
– Athlon 64 X2 QL-65
– Athlon II X3
– Athlon II X3 450
– FX8120 (run with AMD-V/RVI set)
– Phenom II X2 550 (still slightly buggy, but runs)
– Phenom II X2 950 (still slightly buggy, but runs)
– Phenom II X4 970
– Phenom II X6 1055t
– Phenom II X6 1100T
– Phenom II X6 T1090 (slightly unstable)
You can visit the original article to get more updates on supported AMD processors and download the image.
This VMware pre installed image supports Intel processors too, so it can replace our earlier guide on installing Mac OS X 10.8.2 on Intel Windows 7 computers.
