Oracle released VirtualBox 3.2.8 few days ago. This is just a maintenance release after 3.2.6. Some of the USB related issues and some more issues fixed in this release. Download VirtualBox 3.2.8 and update now (Windows host) .
The following items were fixed.
- VMM: properly terminate the VM with an error if the guest is trying to switch to the PAE mode but PAE is disabled in the VM settings
- GUI: switch to native file dialogs
- GUI: don’t use native file dialogs on KDE hosts
- 3D support: fixed GL_EXT_texture_sRGB support

Unfortunately Oracle VirtualBox is missing virtual machine cloning tool. If you need to copy or clone a virtual machine without re installing OS and other applications, then you are in trouble with VB. This post explains how to copy and clone virtual machines in VirtualBox with CloneVDI GUI tool, a third party software.
VMware has great built in cloning tool, allows to make two types of cloning very quickly. Read more about it here.

“Android”, the hot word we hear in recent tech world. Its a mobile OS which can be run on normal pc also with desktop virtualization. This post shows simple steps to install android on VirtualBox with pre installed VDI disk.
