Ping Multiple IP Addresses Same Time Free ToolAre you a system or network administrator? If you want to ping and monitor multiple IP addresses in  your network at the same time, then it can be done easily with a Free Tool. Normally when we want to ping multiple IP addresses, we open command prompts and start pinging to each IP. But this free tool helps to ping and monitor network devices in one screen.

Typing below command in command prompt will ping continuously to destination IP address.

Ping -t 10.10.16.16

Ping -t 10.10.28.11

-t : switch to ping continuously.

How to Enable Windows 7 Ping Response in Firewall

This post explains to enable windows 7 ping response firewall, so it can respond to all ping ICMP echo requests from other network resources.

Enable Windows 7 Ping in FirewallIndication: ‘Request Time Out’ message from Windows 7 Computer and it’s not responding to ICMP echo requests from other network devices.
All network sharings are working but ping reply is not working , so how to enable ping reply in Windows 7?

Reasons: By default ICMP echo requests, used for ping command is blocked in Windows 7 firewall default settings.

Enable Ping in Vista

This command sends ICMP packets to destination (it can be any network deceives, such as computers, print servers, routers..etc) and receives reply. This process named as ‘Echo Request’. By default in Windows Vista and XP computers this ICMP packets are blocked in default firewall settings.

Network slow in vista, Accessing network shares are very slow
Copying network shares in vista computer is slow or stopped.
Resolving computer or network resource names with DNS taking time or not working.
and some more……

Reason :
This is because of some new network functions in Vista. Microsoft tried some different technology in vista network to make things easy, but finally it failed. It is not a common problem for all vista computers, if your computer has latest service packs, patches and hot fixes, you may not face these above problems.
