If you are a lazy person like me (sometimes only) then this post will be useful to download pre installed OS VirtualBox images as VDI files. It saves your time. You do not need to get installation CD or download ISO image and install it in Sun VirtualBox. Just Download these Free VDI (VirtualBox Hard Disk files) files and start using them.
These free VDI file downloads are direct and not torrent. So do not worry about spyware or malware. Obviously don’t ask me where to download license version operating system VDI images anything like Windows XP, Vista. But still it’s possible to download some licensed versions OS VDI files on internet. You search and find. This list is mostly included free and open license OSs.

Having a setup like a data center including VMware vSpehre 4 (ESXi 4) server, NAS (Network Access Storage), iSCSI disks on your home PC is wonderful way for learning. You can experiment all at your home PC before go to production environment. In this article I show you how to connect FreeeNAS iSCSI disks to VMware vSphere 4 (ESXi 4) Server.
For testing purpose with VMware ESXi4 server and iSCSI disks, we can’t buy physical NAS or disturb existing production NAS. So, FreeNAS and VMware workstation are good option to achieve this requirement. I used VMware vSphere 4, FreeNAS and Windows 2008 R2 servers to install and test Exchange 2010 in cluster.

If you want to change date format in Windows 7 to dd-mm-yyyy, then don’t look for the same method as in Windows Vista or Windows XP. Windows 7 date format change is slightly different than earlier versions. This small article illustrates how you can change date format in Windows 7.
Default date format in Windows 7 is MM-dd-yyyy. I don’t know whether it’s suiting for you, but for me and where I live we have to change it to dd-mm-yyyy format. Microsoft could have considered adding this format in pre entered format, but it’s not. We have to manually enter dd-mm-yyyy format in Windows 7 and select it.
