If you are using a computer with AMD processor and want to run any software or OS with virtualization technology, then AMD Virtualization is required. You need AMD virtualization for Windows 7 to run Windows XP mode, also other virtualization technology required software and OS, such as VMware ESX Server, and hypervisor server.
First, make sure your processor and motherboard support AMD virtualization technology by running below tool from AMD.
